Will new Named User application updates overwrite existing individually purchased or create new installation?

Faculty purchased 1 yr. CC subsciption for $19.95. It expires in 3 days. Added him as Named User. Will application updates overwrite existing or does existing need to be uninstalled?

Hi Judy,

Same version of application will be override by an Adobe installation package however in case you have any other version of Adobe apps is already installed and you want to install a new one, it would install the app separately.
