Workfront Workflow Improvements for Enterprise Team

Question

As a senior project manager with the Coca-Cola Global Headquaters in Atlanta, I've been extremely disappointed with Workfront. It is extremely "clunky", lacks the ability for customization and is NOT user friendly. We wrongly assumed that this Adobe product would be as good as all of the others and it is not. We have benn using Workfront for 2 years and it has not gotten any better. It would serve Adobe's brand to either make major improvements or just get rid of it. We are now looking into Airtable ans it seems to have the custimiztion we need.
