worst customer service for business EVER
I have made two appointments to get help for the error messages I'm getting to access your software for our company, yet no one responded to set up a link or call to meet with me. We have 3 licences, and are getting messages that our subscription isn't registered, and something called Error 10000. I am extremely frustrated, there is no person to speak with, and we have deadlines to deal with. Your company has the worst customer service access in my 30+ years of professional experience.
