Worst Customer Service in History!!!
I called yesterday morning and got India, was talking with a nice young lady about fixing a DOUBLE BILLING issue. Then she put me on hold for 47min before hanging up. I called back and got put on hold for 42min, before I hung up. Called again today and got India again! Couldn't understand a word they said and was put on hold and hung on after 20min! Then I called back and demanded an english speaking person who I could understand. Got a nice guy who spoke clearer english than all the other operators so I worked with him for 10 min before he fixed the double billing issue, but only wanted to refund me 3 of the 6 months they double billed me. I argued and got 5 months refunded but lost 1 month. Adobe needs to fix this now. One of the best softwarew comapnies in the world with the worst customer service!!! And when Adobe asks, NO I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM EVER AGAIN TO ANYONE!
