Question

Worst customer support experience and system design ever! So so bad!

I opened Lightroom CC yesterday and all my Pictures are gone. Shock! This should never happen, never ever!!

Then I opened it on my iPhone and I can see the pictures but it says I have no subscription - which I have.

It seems to have something to do with an introduction of new profiles.

So I tried to find out about it - it seems like rocket science to me and all the people around me.

Everything is so unneccessary complicated and bad designed, from the profile controle, the admin console to the different ways to contact support, after several hours we are just confused.

So I tried to call Adobe, after 2 hours hearing the same music I gave up.

The way I see it now is that I have to always select company profile and move all my data to it since I don't see the possibility to activate the programs for my private account - which seems to be good for nothing btw.

The question is, the company profile is also a personal profile and my Pictures are not shared with other company accounts, right?

Next thing, it was always hard to find invoices which I need every month for our accounting, but now I don't find them anywhere. Not in my personal account, not in my business account, not in the admin console.

Thanks for help and @Adobe it's a shame that your products can't be used without burning hours of time trying to understand how license management works, it's so so bad designed. And btw, more buttons and more long explaining articles won't fix it, it's bad design!!

So now I'm trying to migrate my data and since I skipped automatic migration at first login - because I knew of nothing - there seems to be no way to start it again?

The only thing I can find right now is to download and re-upload all data which is not an option to me.

It's a nightmare.
