Hello, I need quick help from a community expert that deals with account security/possible hacking issues. I had a monthly student rate account. I do not use a computer only an iPhone and 2 ipadpro's (newest models) so all I need are all the IOS mobile apps and possibly the web app Portfolio. Anyhow, it appears that my student account has been deleted without my permission, I cannot log in, period. Your system will not allow me to do anything to the student account, not one.
Also, this account that I am logged into now is supposed to be free because I am a legal 601c3 human rescue nonprofit. And now, tonight, I see someone has taken all the free subscriptions off and when I try to use any app, your system requests full price payment.
So with 2 accounts now having serious security issues of some kind - and all happening within less than 24 hours, that tells me that someone was reasonably in the process of hacking/gaining entry into my accounts and finally broke in and now has put both in a total state of disaster..
Can someone send me private messages on here to tell me what to do. Then I will also give you more account information and detail that should not be put ion a public post like this.
