Wrong account name after change persists

My Adobe Account name runs through the organization I'm in, meaning I can't change it in my account settings. Though despite the organization having my correct name in their registry, my Adobe Account name has not updated and is still wrong.

 

Is there any way to fix this?

My plan is Adobe for Enterprise, and I have an organization on the other end handling my data.

They have had my correct name in their own system, and according to them, that change should have automatically happened with my Adobe Account.

I have reached out to them recently, and the issue seems resolved now!

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
