Wrong email - free plan

I accidently added a wrong email when I created an account in order to get the free plan. Is there any way I can delete that account with the wrong email. I forgot my password, so I can't login. And it's not possible to get a new password.

Hi Mette,

 

Are you facing issues with signing into your Adobe account or are you facing issues with signing into Admin Console? If you are able to sign in to the Admin Console, you can delete the user email and add it again. But if you are not able to access the email(i.e the incorrect email) which you have used to create the account you would have to contact support for further assistance.

Why don't you create a new free account with the correct e-mail? It will be difficult to prove to Adobe support that you are the rightful owner of the other account. And as anyhow, the e-mail is wrong, what does it make to Adobe to have for the next ten years or so an inactive account in the database.
