Yearly Auto Pay

I was trying to turn off the Yearly Auto Renewal, I am paying for two years’ worth of service and I have only used Adobe for one month for school. Adobe said they sent me an email to let me know they plan to charge my card for my one another year contract, which I did not agree too. My guess your email was sent to my junk inbox. It is BS, that I cannot turn off Yearly Auto Pay. I thought Adobe was high tech, but this low tech billing. Get your act together and fix this problem.

I would contact the customer care team on the link above. They may be able to assist further if you feel you have been unfairly billed.
