Question

I was just granted access to Creative Cloud via my work email address and set up the info for my new account.

I was in a panic level rush and chose a random year for date of birth. My Adobe account must think I am under 18 because I cannot even log into adobe.com with that email address to update by DOB, I get this error everywhere I go.

"You are ineligible to use this product or service due to the Service Eligibility Requirements"

How can I rectify this and update my date of birth?

What do I tell my org administrator if the problem exists with the Adobe account, on the Adobe end of things? Are they able to delete and recreate the Adobe account or something?

Hi there,

I understand you're experiencing difficulties signing in to the Adobe app.

If 24 hours have already passed, following the steps outlined in the document should allow you to re-enter your Date of Birth (DOB).

If the problem persists, please let your Adobe administrator know, and they can help you troubleshoot.
