I'm trying to purchase the Business plan for Adobe CC - 
Keep getting the message: You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator.

    Have you contacted your system administrator? That is, the person who adminsters the Adobe account in your business? They have to manage your purchase process for you.
