I've been struggling with this glitch for a while now. Every time I try to enter the creative cloud app or install any app from the website, it keeps spamming me with that one message. Whenever I click on the sign-in button, it keeps spamming the same message. I really don't know what to do. I tried to delete all the files and reinstall but it never worked. Does anyone have the same issue or even a solution??

I've tried every possible "fix" and nothing has worked. The strange thing, though, is that Creative Cloud Desktop works just fine if I run it from the administrator account on my computer. But as soon as I log into my own Windows profile and try to start up CC Desktop, that's where I run into the problem.

with your own profile, do you have admin privileges?

 

if yes, sign into your own profile and remove your license.  start here - https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

 

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

 

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location
