I have one license and I use one license.

Why at Menu Product alert message "You've reached the limit of licenses available for users. Please purchase additional licenses or unassign licenses from other users."

    Mr. Charite, I am sorry for any confusion you are continuing to face.  If you wish to add additional seats to your Creative Cloud for Team account then please work contact your local reseller in Thailand as was suggested in case ADB-482959-T5C5.
