Hi Guys,

 

So I have to contact an account manager to renew a subscription? I can't just update the details? I have to actually wait for someone to talk to me over the phone? What is the point? 

 

Can my account manager (Jyotsna) actually email me back. As I emailed him and still have not gotten a response.

As you have mentioned, you need help in renewing your subscription. However, you are unable to reach your account manager.
