Question
Your Users have not received their invites email, but they have and their account works fine
I recently made a new adobe account for a user, she has been using it fine - adding herself into the license pool and taking herself back out when finished.
She keeps receiving these emails however saying that "Your users have not received their invites"
I have checked her adobe account and her email is verified, everything is in order - why would she keep getting these emails?
Any help appreciated.
