Zrušení licence 2000 Credits

Dobrý den, chci zrušit licenci 2000 credits, ale online se mi to nedaří. Nemám u správy této licence tuto možnost. Jak to lze udělat? Jde to u firem pouze telefonicky? Jde to zrušit žádostí poslanou emailem?
