팀용 adobe 플랜 취소 및 환불

팀용 adobe 플랜을 더 이상 사용하지 않아 환불 및 취소하려고 합니다.

하지만 상담원은 맨날 없다고하고 근무시간에 해당되는데도 없다고 뜨면 언제 해줄 것이며

왜 플랜취소를 내가 스스로 할 수 없는 것입니까? 개인 플랜처럼 그냥 취소할 수 있어야 하는거 아닌가요?

도대체 왜 이 방법 만으로 취소하라고 하는건지도 모르겠고, 어떻게 하는지좀 알려주세요.
