플랜을 취소하고 싶은데 플랜 내역에는 안 떠요

5월 23일에 과제 때문에 일러스트를 대학교 할인 목록에서 19800원으로 구입하여 사용하다

6월 8일 다시 일러스트를 켜니 결제 요청 알림창이 떠서 전에 구입했던 것을 잊고 다시 구입을 하여 9900원이 결제되었습니다

그리고 오늘 6월 10일 다시 한 번 결제 알림창이 떠서 취소하고 모두 환불받고 싶어서 플랜 내역을 들어가니 

내역이 안 뜨는데 이건 어떻게 해야 하는 건가요

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
