When i watching online video flash player error appear the adobe flash plugin has crashed please help me.......What i do fix this error???

I hope you are using the latest version of flash player,If not please check if this issue persist with the latest one also.

Also please provide us more details to assist you better : OS name,browser you are using with version,flash player version, the exact URL with which you are facing the crash.
