I am trying to remove Flash Player from Windows 10. If I use the uninstaller on the app list, the program is removed, but upon restart, it reappears in my app list. The same thing happens if I use the Adobe uninstaller. And I have used the Microsoft uninstall they pushed out a few weeks ago. The program is listed in my apps list as Adobe Flash Player 28 PPAPI. To be clear, I am not talking about the Flash embedded in browsers, but the Flash program on my computer. Any advice? I'm guessing there is some instruction in there somewhere telling adobe to install.

I have a flash player pop-up or some flash player fixed object on the lower right corner of my computer screen. You can right click but there is no way to get it to go away or close it. It is a white rectangle with the "f" in a pink box and an "i" in a blue circle (gray outline).  I have tried uninstallers and various things to try to get rid of this. I have checked Chrome extensions. Nothing is working. This is really in the way of both emails and chats. Can someone please help? Adobe support just sent me back to the uninstaller. Thanks

PLEASE will someone help me.All I want to do is install Adobe Flash player Install Manager so that way I can uninstall it on my Mac computer. The only problem is, in order to do this it is propting for me to put in a password.I tried my Mac password. This did not workSo I changed my mac password and tried again. This did not work.I changed my Adobe password and tried this password. This did not work. I did these two things about 7 times each. For it to never work.I think my brain is broke and I've gone mad. Spent a half hour with Mac support and they directed me to Adobe support and after 45 minutes they directed me to this forum...seems like a downgrade.. PLEASE can someone help!   

Hi there,I need an install file for Windows 10 to install flash so Swish Max will run so I can make my web Banners. Which I convert to GIF for the Web so Im not using flash on the net. Does anyone have one that works please.No I don't want to use anything else, I don't need to be asked why, I don't care that it is EOL. I don't want the latest newest bestest Womble software, I don;t want a better one that is the same but never is. I don;t want HTML5 anything.  I never asked Microsoft to remove it, I never un-installed it , I could not care less about the security issues I have them all in check. If you feel you must post anything other than Yes, I want this too, or Here it is, move along. That Includes You Too. Please, Im sure someone out there knows how to Re-Install Flash to Windows 10. Im tired of Re-Installing Windows to make Flash Work.

I am having crashing issues with the latest version as well.  I bought a new laptop this week and used it for the first time last night.  The only thing other than Dropbox that I have installed is Flash Player.   I just updated to the most recent version of Windows yesterday (10-3-19) and I'm not 100% sure if that's what's causing the issue with Software, but everytime I try to open Flash player  it crashes on startup.

I'm caught in a unique predicament here. I'm residing in Singapore. And I do play some online RPG games in China sites. They use flash. And they are still using Flash. With the current EOL, I am not able to do so. I tried to install the China Flash version. Got an error message stating something about different region. With one swoop, my game is in limbo in China. I spent the last two days trying alternatives/solutions. I won't mention the frustrations. Anyone with advice or suggestions greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know of an alternative to Flash Player for websites that still have video files that play through Flash Player?

I've got a message which tels me that support from Adobe flashplayer will stop in 2021. It gives a link to "uninstall"! I dont like messages with "Links to ..."! Hence my question whether this is correct.

1) To use this application in chrome you need to enable extra features in Adobe Flash. Would you like to enable the now?2)  Couldn't write the application to the hard disk. Please verify the hard disk is available and try again.see the images below 

How do I uninstall Adobe Flash Player on my mac. I have the operating system macOS BIG SUR. If I click on uninstall it takes me to install helper and won't let me enter my password.

I have a mac and now that flash player is no longer available i am unable to record a video for a job application.Is there any alternative?

We have about 350 computers that have different versions of flash installed. I have downloaded the unisntall files from here, created a deployment to the computers. However, it doesn't seem to be unisntalling the program.  I have both Windows 7 and various versions of Windows 10 that I need to remove this from. Is there a better script and specific flag that I need to set in my software when i deploy to these machines?I am using Desktop Central for my software deployments.   

Hello,  As of a couple weeks ago, I can still use Chrome to access all flash content without any problem. However, it suddenly stops working, and I cannot pinpoint any particular problem that caused this. Other browser that currently still support flash, such as Microsoft Edge, can still access flash content without problem. I have exhausted all available options as shown on the Chrome help page, Use or fix Flash audio & video - Computer - Google Chrome Help , with no progress in fixing the issue. Moreover, chrome://plugins used to be accessible shortly after finding out I cannot access flash content, but now it's an inaccessible site. I did a clean re-installation of Chrome as well as Adobe Flash, but the problem remain: All websites that contains flash content simply tells me "Right-click to run Adobe Flash Player", but there are no response even after I tell the website to run Adobe Flash Player. Looking for more insight into this problem. Thanks!

I understand I need to uninstall Flash Player, but how do I now open older programs formerly opened by Flash Player?

I uninstalled flash player as instructed.  Now I have a pop up for Adobe Flash Player Settings on my screen that won't go away. I can't close it or delete it. It is always there.  How can I get rid of this?  It blocks a portion of my screen.  Any help will be appreciated! Thank you!

I am trying to upgrade to Flash Player 11 and when attempting to do so, it does not download or show it on my computer system, in fact, I cannot find Flash Player anywhere on my computer. Unable to play any games on FB etc. I have attempted to download exactly as instructed according to the Adobe websit, but nothing happens.I am running Windows 7.

I am trying to install Adobe Flash Player on my MacBook Air. (safari 10.3).  I get as far as the "install Adobe Flash Player wants to make changes.  Type your password to allow this".  My user name automatically comes up as my first and last name.  I have typed in my password and it won't accept it.  I have changed the user name to my email address and entered the password and it doesn't work.  I don't know why it won't accept, obviously I signed in here with my email address and password.  Any suggestions?  I have tried to install Adobe Reader with the same results.

A week ago, I tried downloading and installing Flash Player. But when I clicked on the downloaded Installer file, it would launch the registration wizard for an old trial version of MATLAB from Mathworks that I had on my MacBook (Retina, running Yosemite), instead of installing the Player.Then I removed MATLAB. I just purchased a new iMac. I need Flash player for my Directv application. I cannot find a place to download Faash player. The Adobe site sends me to a page that infroms me that Flash Player has been discontinued and will not be supported after December 2020. Where can I get FlashPlayer for Mac until then?

Hi, As of Nov 26th 2020 there is an official FLASH Player avaialable to download from Adobe:https://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/debug_downloads.html This can be downloaded onto a personal computer, while personal flash files can be run off the personal computer hard drive to view. Will the downloadable Flash Player that is available at that link will still be there after January 2021, for the users who may wish to run the flash files that they have saved on their computer hard drives?

So, I remember receiving a notice in my computer that Flash Player was no longer neccesary (? or something like that). Should I uninstall it? Is it usefull today in any way? Am I totally wrong and I should definitely keep it?
