Hello how do I file a bug report?
I have tried the contact details below and just ended up on a 2 hour chat with an advisor that didn't seem to know anything about Substance plugins.

Hello RA7ES, can you tell us what the product you have problem with and what the problem is please. We do not have any bug tracking system accesible to users. We can take the information you give us and reproduce the bug (if it is a bug with our product) and file it in our system and once it is resolved we inform you via this forum.
