I can't opt in to prerelease?

I seem to have an issue with opting in to the prerelease to get the substance plugins. The button is grayed out and unclickable. Even messing around with some of the html does not allow me to open up the button.

Hey @siliconvisual ,

Did you click on the blue hyperlinks there? You have to view and accept the documents in the 'Prerelease Software License Agreement' and 'Program Addendum' and read them and accept each of them before the Accept button will be clickable.
