I cant load materials in blender

Hey, I install the addon and the tools of the substance 3d addon for blender, and when I press the load button on the right panel its just dont work. The only think that happens its a console message:

"Substance 3D in Blender: SRE Initialized sucessfully in [2.162] seconds"

If everything istanled correctly but it snot working and you have problem with WMIC on windows 11

I had seen other forums and said to put in a path with just roman characters and does not work neader (reboot the PC too).

Hi @barey38860361j7a5 , it looks like you're on Windows. Could you please try the following to get a more detailed look at the error?

When statting Blender, use the top bar to navigate to Window > Toggle system console. This will open a terminal Window that prints more detailed console logs.
In the Susbtance 3D Panel, click load
Share a screenshot the full log here.

This should show if there is any aditional info that could help us diagnose what is going on. Becase it sounds like while the engine is initializing, the loading feature is not occuring for some reason. Could you also try the shortcut CTRL + Shift + L? This should initialize the remote engine and also prompt to load a material.

Hello, I have same problem here.
