Importing fail for substance material in unity, Texture packing error

Using substance 2.6.0 plugin, I'm getting an error from one substance texture when importing it:
C++ Texture packing error for smoothness!
This is really annoying, because it tries to import it again and again, and its very slow, so it takes alot of my teams time for nothing.

Also, Each time I select a texture to see in the inspector, there is an error, might be related
InvalidCastException: Specified cast is not valid.
UnityEditor.TextureImporterInspector.get_textureInspector () (at <25e9afc147634a5ca855ab83fab425dd>:0)
UnityEditor.TextureImporterInspector.DrawPreview (UnityEngine.Rect previewArea) (at <25e9afc147634a5ca855ab83fab425dd>:0)
....

Hi @Gonen5CDC! A few questions for you to help the team investigate...

  • What version of Unity are you using?
  • What Unity template type (3D, HDRP, URP)?
  • Is this occuring on every SBSAR being imported?
  • Are you able to share a SBSAR that this error occurs with? If it is a Substance 3D Asset feel free to supply the name and we'll grab it on our end

1.I'm using unity 2020.3.14f1
2. Using 3D
3. No, sadly your error doesn't say which texture is generating the error, so I manually re-imported sbs files until I found the texture with the problem.
4. I tried to share the files, but the site doesn't allow sbs files, so this time I'm attaching a zip file, renamed to .dotx file (the site doesn't allow zip files too)

Thanks
