Both versions are in the plugins marketplace folder for UE5.4 and are both up to date. Im using a macbook m1 pro 16gb. I also have no background in coding so im comlpletely lost. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled both the engine version and the plugins. And they still arent compatible with eachother. My mac also running macos sequoia 15.1.1. is there a fix to this?

Hello again @Nzamba5FC5 , we were able to get in touch with the CLO team and they mentioned that LiveSync is simply not supported on MacOS at the moment. You'll get that crash if you try to use the Win version on Mac. They asked us to let you know that they aim to release a new LiveSync for macOS towards the end of March 2025!

Cheers,
Aldo

Hi @Nzamba5FC5 , thanks for reaching out. CLO's plugin is developed independently so we don't have much insight or control as to how they are handling Substance materials. The best workaround, if your workflow allows, is to try to run the plugins independently of each other. Are you able to use the Substance plugin on it's own when the LiveSynch plugin is disabled?

Best,
Aldo
