Substance 3D Plugin for Unreal Engine 5 in Germany not available

Hi everyone.

 

On the marketplace for epic games it says that:

This product is not available in your region.

How can i use subastane for my projects?

            Hi Jessi, thanks for reaching out and apologies for the inconvenience. We are looking into this to see if any region locks are set up on our end. To clarify, where exactly does this error appear? Could you possibly attach a screenshot of the message? Additionally, have you been able to download our plugin in the past?

              i attached a screenshot. When i click on learn more, this side is linked: https://www.epicgames.com/site/de/marketplace-disclosure-requirements
              I didnt try to downloaded it in the past. I think this data security rule from germany is quite new 😞
              I also wrote epic games. They answered this:

                I can confirm this plugin is not available in Denmark either as our team is unable to install it. Looks to be the same issue as the as mentioned above. We would also really appreciate if this became available as it looks to be an amazing plugin.
