substance plugin not working in maya 22? (not sure where to post)

get the following error, can anyone help?

    turns out I have Houdini installed and I had to copy 'substance_linker.dll' from-
    C:\Program Files\Allegorithmic\Adobe Substance 3D for Maya\2022\lib
    to (overwrite)
    C:\Program Files\Side Effects Software\Houdini 19.0.383\bin
    and then reload maya

      What do you mean copy because I'm having the same plug-in issue in Maya 2023?
