The substance painter blender plugin ended up deleting all my downloads

I was trying to download the plugin for blender, but it told me i needed to download the tools thing, so i did. 

Then i tried putting it in the “Install Tools” button and it ended up deleting all my downloaded files.

Is there any fix? i think i've tried everything.
