I just installed the substance for blender add-on " Substance3DInBlender 0.9.2 ", I'm in blender 3.3.1 and when I'm intalling the tool " Substance 3D Integration Tools 1.4.3 Windows " from files in the add-on with " install from disk ", nothing happens, I tried reopen blender and reinstall the add-ons but it doesn't work.

Could someone help me ?

ready, I did what you asked but it still doesn't work.
I attach the screenshot of the console.

Hello again, I comment that I could solve it with the blender console, I saw the error and I solved it all was variable problems with the “Wmic” file because it gave me an error, so we close this post as Fixed.
thanks for your prompt respuesras and attention.

I attach also the solution to the problem, do not forget to remove the addons and blender tool delete the folder C:\Users(username)\AppData\Roaming\Adobe 🙂

I am having the same issue right now on windows 11. Everything installed but the "load button" does not function. I can also see some sort of error asking for toolkit. I need help please.

Hi @bismark_8371, could you please attach a screenshot of the system console when the error occurs? That will give us a detailed readout that could help us pinpoint the issue.

If you're on Windows, you can open Blender and go to Window > Toggle system console. You will see a windows console appear.

If you're on Mac or Linux, you will have to launch the Blender executable via your system terminal to see the same output.

Once you have that, please try to reproduce the error and share the output here.

Best,
Aldo

Don't use Safari, it will mess up the zip file. Use Chrome for example.

This happened to me but I gott it working. Try installing straight from your downloads folder, instead of dragging the Intergration tools folder to the desktop it should sync correctly.

Hi @Pepe_stock , what OS are you using? If you check the console when installing it should give you an error message you can share here.

In case you are using Mac, note that Safari will auto unzip the files, which messes up the install. Try disabling "open safe files after downloading" in Safari settings or download the zip files with a different browser.

For mac, completely uninstall and remove everything and check if there are any old Substance integration tools processors running in the activity monitor. If yes, then make sure to kill that.
Then do a fresh download of the latest addon .zip files from here: Substance 3D Addon for Blender.

Hi, Could you completely uninstall and remove everything and download the latest addon .zip files from here: Substance 3D Addon for Blender?

Also, make sure the Substance3DIntegrationTools folder in C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Adobe is completely deleted. And before re-installing make sure that the Substance Remote Engine is not running with Task Manager.
