ESTK question: setting font properties in dialog

I have been creating tons of scripts for FrameMaker using ESTK and have checked all the available documentation, but did not find any specific info on the creation properties of dialog items. Is there any document anywhere describing which properties can be set and which values are valid settings? I have tried the obvious ones (e.g. setting text color to red) but nothing seems to work. Without specific info this is an impossible task to achieve, where it really should be very simple.

Thanks in advance for a pointer to detailed information.

Hi Jang,

The best supporting documentation for the ScriptUI features and properties is ScriptUI for Dummies  by Peter Kahrel.

There used to be some good information on the InDesign Forum regarding colour settings in ScriptUI dialogs, but that was lost when these horrible new forums were introduced last year!

Thanks, That is exactly the detailed info I was looking for. It should really be included in the JavaScript Tools Guide, of course.
