Hi,

I have a table that I need to move to align with the table title. What is the best way to proceed?

Please see the attached image.

Thank you for any help.

Cheers,

Elizabeth

But you already posted the question on the FrameMaker forum, so locking this thread.

Ha. I was thinking you must be using both applications now. I'll move it over for you.

I am not quite clear on the problem/question. Do you want the table flush left with the head?

Several different things could be causing the indent, none of which can be determined from a screen shot. Look at the characteristics of the paragraph the table is attached to. Click just ahead of the table and use the arrow key until you have a full-height cursor on the left side of the table. That paragraph (style) controls the positioning of the table. Correct any left spacing or indent, or horizontal alignment, so it matches the title/caption paragraph.

Sorry, I posted this in the wrong location. It's involving a FrameMaker issue.

The table is in a separate TextFrame or in the next Paragraphs of the samme story ?

If same story / next paragraph - then you need to remove FirstLineIndent from the ParaStyle applied to the paragraph the table is in.
