Fresco keeps saying my Cloud storage is full

Hi

 

Everytime I use Fresco it says that it can't syncronise because my Cloud storage is full. But I have only used 6,7 out of 100 GB. I have tried reinstalling the app but I keep getting the same error message.

I have the iPad Pro 2021 12,9" with plenty of storage as well.

How do I fix this?

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the problem so we can investigate this further? Also, share some more information like the exact version of the iPadOS and Fresco and screenshots showing the available storage on the device and the cloud storage.

Thanks for replying. I am attaching a few screenshots of the problem and of my available storage space, both in icloud and on the device.

The iPadOS version is15.6 and model is iPad Pro 2021 12,9" (5th generation).

Adobe Fresco is Version 3.9.1

Can you sign out and then back in to Adobe Cloud and see what happens
