I read this in an article from adobe fresco  "Easier-to-use equipment.Transitioning to digital tools means that you don't require as much equipment. To assemble a traditional watercolor painting set, you need different brushes, paints, palettes, and the necessary studio space and equipment to get to work. But with a digital tablet, Adobe Fresco, and a digital pen or stylus, you have all the equipment you need. Additionally, the use of different background textures and canvases (like watercolor paper) can be accessed in the app or downloaded as free texture packs to help you create imagery with its own unique character."   so how do I add watercolor paper texture in the app? Or as a free texture pack? Where would I find free texture packs that I can download for fresco? thanks to anyone who has some answers!    [Renamed by Mod]

Only a very small amount of ink comes out of the first stroke when I use the charcoal tools. I want more ink flow, how do I do that? When I check the setting, the flow is already at 100 but barely any comes out. I'm trying to use it at small sizes, (size 2 & 4) but at those sizes barely anything comes out and I have to go over a line multiple times. How do I change this?

Hello, Does anyone know if it is possible to export a piece of artwork from Fresco and then print it to a canvas or print using a print on demand service? When I try to do it, it says the resolution is too low. 

There used to be an option in fresco where if you draw a line and hold it would make your line straight. It used to be under experimental in app settings but isn't there anymore. Where can I find this option? 

All I need is a very simple black rectangle, but the new update won't allow it. For some reason, the fll tool is excluding object outlines. After struggline to block out a word on an image, I took this sample  of just a bunch of black rectangles overlapping to show what wasn't working. 

Every time I export an image from FRESCO using a transparent background, the exported file doesn't just crop to the image size. Instead, it exports the image along with the "frame" of the original size of the canvas itself. This is inhibiting my ability to upload the exported image in the size it looks on screen, because it ties in the whole canvas size to the image. I don't want all that excess empty space to be included in the file, as it gets in the way of being able to work with the images once exported. For example; I want to take an image exported from FRESCO and import it into a free software similar to Illustrator. I want to align that said image with text, in a perfect vertical alignment. But I can't get a perfect vertical alignment between the text and said image, because FRESCO doesn't just include the image, but all the excess space of the canvas too. So when I vertically align, it aligns with the canvas size of the exported FRESCO design, NOT the actual design itself.&nbsp

Hi -  I have been working with Fresco for several weeks now with lots of success both on my Dell laptop and my Surface Pro. However, the last couple times, all of the brushes have suddenly become severely pixelated, and I can't figure out why. It is happening on both devices. I updated to the newest version (2.5.0) and am still having the problem. It is happening both with live brushes and vector brushes. Here is a sampling of what they all look like. I'm at a loss and if any one can help, that would be great. I love the program and really want to get back to work with it.   

On Fresco, whenever I tried to import an image as a layer, it doesn't show up. This has happened before but it was able to resolve itself. I'm not sure if there's an effective way of resolving the issue so it doesn't happen again? I attached a screen recording of what happens when I tried importing an image. 

Whenever finish a line and pick up my stylus, it draws an extra line backwards over the last part of the line. I have looked through all the settings to see how I could fix this but found nothing. All the brushes seem very interesting to experiment with so I would love to resolve this. a video is attached below: 

Hello! I just installed adobe fresco on my surface laptop. It crashes as soon as i open it. I uninstalled and reinstalled many times. My pc more than meets the requirements. What to do???

Hello there, i´m using Fresco on a Desktop PC with a Wacom Cintiq QHD Display with no Touch Function. I know Fresco is designed for  Touch-Devices but i think it should be possible to use it on such a device as well.Most function i can easily use and i like the drawing experience more than in Photoshop. One thing i actually can´t do is rotate the Ruler - cause i would need a gesture for that. Or did i miss something?I really would love if i could also rotate the ruler by...let´s say holding down the shift or alt key or something like that. Best regards 

is the nvidia quadro k4000 graphics card compatible with adobe fresco " FR"?

Before the new 2.5.0 update, you used to be able to fill and select using the circle, square, and polygons provided from the shapes tool (now moved to the ruler). I have been unable to figure out how to make that selection. If anyone has figured this out, any help would be much appreciated. (I am using the Windows 10 version of Fresco.)

I'm currently working on a project and just lost weeks of work because one layer has gone blank. I was using the app and had another app running in Picture in Picture. I pressed my home button to close the Picture in Picture and went back to fresco when it automatically started saving the project. when I reopened it one layer was blank. I unfortunately hadn't duplicated this and the one I have saved will put me back weeks of work. Please help me get this one layer back. My project is titled WIP

The ability to hold down and get a straight line is fantastic. Can we have something like this for ellipses/circles too (for vector brushes primarily)? Procreate and sketchbook are an excellent example of this. This feature is the only thing stopping me (and probably many) designers migrating fully to fresco!

Hello, can someone tell me why my adobe fresco don't have the typing function? Is it because mine is free? 

How do you hide or clear the recent drawings on the home screen? I'd like to let others use Fresco without them seeing everything I've been working on, some of which is not appropriate for all eyes.

Is there a way to only save locally and not automatically to the cloud without having to export each time. Often designers are in places that don't always have internet access (commuting for example). Why is there not a local save option as default? Would be good if I need to save intl hard drive etc

Hello, I'm using adobe fresco on my desktop computer. Is there a keyboard shortcut to use the Secondary state in Touch Wheel? The only way I was able to use the secondary state on desktop is by clicking twice on the touch wheel with the mouse arrow to activate it, and then clicking another time to change it to the secondary state. But it is a little annoying. A keyboard shortcut would be much better.

I am working with the Vector brush and it only saves in pixels.  Do I need to purchase Illustrator to save a vector image.  I was told by adobe that it is only raster.  Is this true? If so why would they have a vector brush.  I could not get an answer about having to have Illustrator to save vector images.  Can you help. 

I am drawing in Fresco, something I have been doing for a long time, and suddenly bucket fill will not work.  I have Googled this issue over and over and can find lots of similar complaints, but no solution.  At the beginning of this current drawing this feature was working.  In a bid to complete the current work I exported it into Illustration in desperation as I have a deadline, and the quality of the image has gone.  Is there a fix to this that does not require me to be on the phone for hours on end???  

I began my Fresco journey with the free version.  However, I cancelled that subscription and purchased the paid, premium version to have access to the "Text" feature.  Since upgrading, I have been unable to locate this text feature.  I see screenshots of where it SHOULD appear - on the bottom of the left sidebar - but I cannot get it to appear on my screen.  (I have updated my Fresco twice since the upgrade, wondering if that might be the problem; but it has not changed anything.) Please help me locate and access this feature?  Thank you in advance.
