I have the latest updated version of Fresco,
new PC with Win 11, updated.
Some idea?
Drawing a circle can become a nightmare...

A couple of things. I use Fresco on a Windows 10 PC: I can only get to the shape Drawing Aids whne clicking the ruler icon with a mouse and holding, not when I use my Wacom tablet and pen. A bit annoying but at least it works.

Also, there is now Snap To Shape when drawing - even my terrible circles can be almost perfect. Draw your shape and hold and it should snap to a circle, or square etc.

Using both Fresco on Windows and Ipad, I can concur with @thejanebradbury  that the behaviour is slightly different. You need to hold for a longer time than you would normally do to access the alternative tools.
I still can access with the tablet pen however, but it's even longer to hold, and more fiddly than with the mouse...

And yes, snap to shape is really great! 🙂

Hello @Ardoq,

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind checking if all of your work is synced online (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents)? If yes, kindly try removing and reinstalling Fresco to check if it helps. If the issue persists, kindly share a screen recording of what happens when you are trying to bring up the ruler (https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/screen-record-an-issue-on-windows-amp-macos-for-sharing/td-p/12967727) so that we can investigate this further.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav
