Can't download game as it keeps saving as illustrator

Im trying to download some games on GameJolt but I've noticed it sometimes just saves as an adobe illustrator file which I obviously cannot play on. Im sure i've just accidently selected something I shouldn't have but I cant see where I can change it to download the game as a normal playable file. Most games are ok its just two games that have given me these problems.

Sorry to hear about this experience. I would request you check the extension of the files you are downloading, change the file association as suggested by Mylenium, and check if it helps.

Without any specific info about your system and the format that this service uses we can't realyl tel lyou much. Care to provide a screenshot and your system details? To me it simply sounds like their downloader is simply "stealing" file associations, which would probably require you to unregister these extensions manually before reinstating them more selectively. Anyway, it's really not clear what exactly you mean and more specific info is required to sort this out.
