can't open illustrator

When I try open Illustrator version 26.0.1 or version 25.4.1, I can't see anything. according to windows task manger the program is running but nothing is showing up on my screen or taskbar. I have try uninstalling Illustrator but it is still not opening.

I can't use the Illustrator app. I was told it needed an update, but it still won't open. Sometimes it would open, but then it would crash. Now it won't open at all.

What are your computer system specs (operating system, type of CPU, amount of RAM, type of graphics card, etc.)? Are any extra devices attached, such as a graphics tablet? If so, is the driver up to date?

My computer is an ASUS VivoBook
Operating system: Windows 10
RAM: 16 GB
Storage: 256 GB SSD
Processor: AMD Ryzen series (with integrated graphics)
Graphics card: Integrated AMD Radeon Graphics
I use a graphics tablet. The tablet driver is installed from the manufacturer’s official website and is up to date. No other external devices are connected.
Adobe Illustrator does not open at all, even though Windows, graphics drivers, and Adobe Illustrator are fully up to date. The application does not launch or show any loading screen.

My Adobe enterprise account suddenly lost access to Photoshop and Illustrator. The organizations shown in my account don’t include these apps.
Could you help me restore access on my current device without creating a new account?

hello why is my adobe illustrator not working and incoporate. Ive tried so many times to sign in but every time this app still ask me to sign up but not even working.Beside when i try to update it, this app ask me to pay.
