Concept to Vector Error - Please slow down and try again later.

I used the new concept to vector feature with a lot of success yesterday morning but after an hour so of playing around, I am now getting an error message stating: Please slow down and try again later.

 

I have tried signing out of the creative cloud suite and updating Illustrator. I am unable to get to the tool to work for the tutorial that is on the start screen featuring the rocket and sketched head images. I also still have plenty of credits. Is there anything else I can do? I was hoping to use to vectorize my final background design for a menu.

      Same here! 
      Always get message “Slow down. Try again later”
      What a joke, I have thousands of credits and I can’t use it even once!
      Really slow down my workflow! Trash.

        Same here, and just when I discovered that Concept to Vector could save me so many hours of work!

        I started using it yesterday, but late last night, it suddenly stopped working.
        Log before logging out  Log after logging back in

            Same problem here, and I can't even upload the log here without erroring out.

            same for me, it stopped working, The chat bubble once could generate descriptions based on the image, but it's what happens after the prompt, this red pop-up banner, pop-up window, that everybody else is posting.

            Same issue for the last week “Please slow down, and try again later”. It’s hit and miss...half the time it will work, and half the time I get this message. I have unlimited credits, and I need to get art done for jobs with deadlines. Please let me know when this issue is fixed!!

              I did try opening an image and applied Concept to Vector and Generate and I got that message.

              Then I tried to create a new file - Placed the same image and applied Concept to Vector and Generate — and it worked, with no error message. Try that.

              tried that feature today first time ONCE and now every time i want to repeat i get message “Slow down. Try again later” – what a joke. I have thousands of credits…
