Concept to Vector Error - Please slow down and try again later.

I used the new concept to vector feature with a lot of success yesterday morning but after an hour so of playing around, I am now getting an error message stating: Please slow down and try again later.

I have tried signing out of the creative cloud suite and updating Illustrator. I am unable to get to the tool to work for the tutorial that is on the start screen featuring the rocket and sketched head images. I also still have plenty of credits. Is there anything else I can do? I was hoping to use to vectorize my final background design for a menu.

depuis la dernière mise à jour d Illustrator , la fonctionnalité " du concept au vecteur " ne fonctionne plus , à chaque fois que je fais un essai j'ai le message d'erreur " Allez moins vite et réessayez plus tard "

Est ce que quelqu'un sait de quoi le problème peut venir ?

Avant la dernière Maj d’Illustrator cela fonctionnait sans problèmes

Same issue. Dings me on credits with every attempt, even though it cannot produce a result.
