Fotografie po umístění ztrácí kvalitu

Po umístění do Illustratoru ztráci fotografie postupně kvalitu až k úplné nepoužitelnosti. Prosím o radu, jak závadu odstranit.

JPEGs (.jpg) deteriorate and become ever muddier/dirtier each time you resave them.

The safe way to avoid it is to never resave but keep the original. Often you can do that simply by using Place and Link for each photo, thereby always using the original unchanged image kept in its original folder.

This also keeps the document size down.

It sounds as if you are embedding the photo(s), thereby giving rise to the quality loss?

That might depend on the quality setting, but Photoshop experts (renowned magazine editors) have actually done the test and could not reproduce this. Of course the JPEG algorithm in theory can do it, only it cannot be reproduced to an extent that you actually see it at first glance.

As for František's issue: what's happening? The color changing?

Can you please tell us how your color management is set up?

How do you place the images? Dragging them over directly from Photoshop? That is actually causing color issues, don't do it.
