How do I change the settings for keeping the Illustrator window size. The window size bug does not

How do I change the settings for keeping the Illustrator window size. The window size bug does not disappear.

Starting with Adobe Cloud, all Adobe programs were deleted and reinstalled, and the problem was not solved.

Please tell me more ways to fix the bug or fix it. I've tried all the methods you've told me so far, but they haven't been solved. 

 

my graphic card is NVDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti

 

CPU - intel(R) core(TM) i5-4690 CPU @ 3.50GHz    3.50 GHz

illustrator ver. 27.9 

os Windows ver 22H2(OS 빌드 19045.3448)

 

일러스트레이터를 처음 설치 했을 때, 작업창의 크기를 9 무슨무슨 단위로 유지하시겠습니까? 이 설정은 어디어디서 바꿀 수 있습니다. 하고 뜨길래 그냥 예를 눌러버리고 창 다시 보이지 않기를 눌렀습니다. 그 이후로 일러스트레이터 창이 이렇게 뜹니다. 더블 모니터를 쓰는데 중간에 저렇게 걸쳐져서 매번 일러스트레이터를 실행 할 때마다 창의 위치와 크기를 매번 사용하기 편하게 맞춰줘야 합니다. 포토샵이나, 프리미어 등등 다른 프로그램들은 한 번 창 크기랑 위치를 설정해두면 끄고 다시 실행 했을 때 내가 전에 설정해둔 창 크기,위치를 유지한채로 켜지는데 일러스트레이터만 이런 버그가 발생하고 있습니다. 

 

 

커뮤니티에 글을 두 번 정도 올렸었는데 직원이 알려준 모든 방법을 시도해봤지만 해결되지 않았습니다.

 

1. Window
아래의 경로에서 CEP 폴더를 제거 해주세요.
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe

아래의 경로에서 UXP 폴더를 제거 해주세요
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe
C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe

 

2.그럼에도 해결이 되지 않았다면 경우에 따라 사용자 계정이 손상되어 Adobe 설치 관리자가 필수 파일 및 폴더에 액세스하거나 필수 파일 및 폴더를 만들지 못할 수 있습니다. 이 문제를 해결하려면 다른 계정을 만들고 새 계정에 로그인한 후 새 계정에서 Adobe 응용 프로그램을 설치하거나 실행해 보십시오.

 

3. 계속 동일한 증상을 겪고 계셔서 불편하실텐데, 그렇다면 아예 adobe 제품을 전부 클리너 해서  제거후 새롭게 다시 설치해서 사용해보십시오 

 

 

세 가지 방법 모두 시도 해봤으나 여전히 같은 문제 발생중. 아래는 스크린 캡쳐 

 

 

오른쪽 모니터 위아래에 있는 검은 색 부분은 왼쪽 모니터가 오른쪽 모니터보다 커서 저렇게 보이는 것입니다.
