i am trying to upload my eps files as usual but today i got message says filename.eps couldn't be uploaded because it is not a valid file type.

you should be syncing your app library.  otherwise, if you’re trying to sync a local folder, that’s no longer supported.

post this in the  cc services forum, https://community.adobe.com/creative-cloud-services-604

and change your title slightly to avoid a duplicate post error.
