Question

I bought Illustrator but can`t download - please help!

Hi, I just bough Adobe creative cloud plan with Illustrator and photoshop. when I press download Illustrator, It doesn`t download anything to my pc. Additionally, when I enter my account to see my plan I get an error:
 

Any help would be appriciated

    Hi ​@99rui55 , thanks for reaching out and we’re sorry about the trouble! I checked the ID you signed into the Community with and I do see an active subscription. 

    Please check if you computer meets the minimum requirements as suggested by Monika. If your system meets the requirements, try using this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/apps.html

    Install the Creative Cloud Desktop app using the link and try installing the apps through that.

    Hi, thank you for the reply! I managed to “fix” the problem by downloading Adobe creative clou from microsoft store, and then downloaded illustrator from there.
    However, I still have this issues with my account:
    Like you see in the photo I posted, when I enter the adobe account management page It doesn`t load up the plan info. which is really weird.
