I need version 28.x for windows 11 and its not available in the cloud. because a critical Cutting Master Pro Plus plugin used with my Graphtec Cutter is not compatible with my current Illustrator workflow. Illustrator 2024 is no longer visible under Other Versions in Creative Cloud. Please provide the official installer or escalate this request to the download and installation team. Please Help!

It’s unfortunate that Graphtec does not support your legacy machine and Adobe does not provide legacy software.

I reread your first post and caught your escalation request. There is a separate forum called “Download & Install” and you could try posting there. They may tell you the same thing, but it’s worth a try.

Given the cutter’s advanced age, you’ll probably have to find a generic driver you can use. Adobe doesn’t maintain older product versions beyond the current release & one previous version back (30 & 29).

Adobe offers only the current and one previous version of their apps. Older versions including 28.x are not available.

Check with Cutting Master Pro Plus to see if they have an upgrade that works with current versions.

Unfortunately with the age of the cutter 2019 and firmware it isnt compatible with newer versions of the cutting programs.

Contact Adobe Customer support and plead your case. Ask for a supervisor if necessary.
