Hello, This is asap because I only availed free trial but I hope I get the help I need. So I need adobe illustrator 2024, but my creative cloud app only shows down to 2025. Please I badly need the 2024 version for my gmetrix practice test. Thankyou!

    I need the official macOS installer for Adobe Illustrator 2024, version 28.x — preferably the latest available 28.7.x build. Installing Illustrator 2026 automatically removed my licensed Illustrator 2024 installation. I need version 28 because a critical Silhouette Connect plugin used with my Cameo 5 is not compatible with my current Illustrator workflow. Illustrator 2024 is no longer visible under Other Versions in Creative Cloud. Please provide the official installer or escalate this request to the download and installation team.

    Some plugins from other manufacturers are not accepted on the latest version of Ai.

    Does gmetrix require Illustrator 2024, or will their test work with a later version?

    It would be a little strange if they require an older version, because Adobe has been telling everyone for several years that it is their policy to provide only the last two major versions of a Creative Cloud app for installation. Currently those versions are Illustrator 2025 (v29) and 2026 (v30).

    Unfortunately the 2024 builds of Illustrator are no longer available to download/install in the Creative Cloud app. Only the 2025 (version 29) and current 2026 (version 30) builds are offered.

    ​@Mafyy did you go to the Creative Cloud Desktop App? Oddly, on my Mac I can see Illustrator (28.7.7)—which is Illustrator 2024!
     


    On my PC, it only shows Illustrator (29.0) all the way to Illustrator (30.1) which is the latest version.

    Inside of that, is a ‘view more’ — curious now, it appears you have to install the older Creative Cloud Desktop App to see the older versions further? https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/apps/download-install-apps/creative-cloud-apps/install-previous-versions-creative-cloud-apps.html
