hi i got this homework and i dont know how to do this because my professor Ai is not the latest and mine is.... help please

Type Poster Critique! Insert Image (.png) of your poster design (Make .png in Illustrator; Menu > File > Save for Web > PNG-24 > 40%) I can't make it blurry has to be clear.....

You should use a specific dimensions?!
Check your file size ( Dimensions) when creating New Document.
If it must be 40%, If you make the document size larger, it will be more clear.
