I shared an Indesign file for review using share for review option. But I can't read the comments added by reviewers. I get notifications about comments, but when I open them no comments.

​@loyal_outfitbb85 First, make sure everyone is on the latest InDesign update. If one of you are on an older version, that could be the main culprit.

I do believe the user (the reviewer) is way better if they logged into an Adobe account rather than commenting anonymously. When someone comments anonymously, their comments are tied to a temporary browser session, and if they close the tab or return to the link later, their comments may disappear and they may not see any of their previous comments. Hence, why logging into Adobe account kinda retains the comments too. I send links to clients with no issues. 

I would remove the share link that you have now, and re-create a new share link with the Adobe logged in comments. It should work fine once done
