illustrator 2019　2020　矢印キーが効かない

I'm an illustrator beginner.

In illustrator, when using a polygon tool or a star tool, the number of vertices does not increase or decrease even if you press the up and down arrow keys while dragging.

The number of grids does not change with the rectangular grid tool.

And you can't use the space key as a hand tool.

You can't fix it by checking the internet and closing the Chrome browser.

Even if you try to initialize the environment setting file, it will not be fixed.

Using macos, I started illsutorator 2019 about a month ago, but I had the above problem from the beginning. In addition, it has not been resolved even after being updated to 2020.

What are the possible causes?

The only thing I can think of is the possibility these keys are assigned to a System level function. Look in "System Preferences>Keyboard and review your settings.

By the way, I always check "Use F1, F2, etc. keys as standard keys". This way they are available for controlling Illustrator or Photoshop Actions.
