ILLUSTRATOR 2020 how to turn off all snapping objects

I have gone through turing all the snapping options off but it is still snapping objects which is driving me crazy... please help. I need to turn snapping off.

 

It must have been a shotcut which i have turned on because i have never had this issue before.

yes... i have tried everything :'( 

 

it just suddenly decided to do this today... i am searching for answers...

How do i reset my preferences in 2020?
