Feel free to start your own post.Once these get lengthy they are hard for us to read and to focus on you problem and gather information we need to help you.

Did you quit the Adobe Cloud and reset the OOBE?

What other system addition do you have installed from antivirus. Which browser do you use, did you reset your cookies?

Hi Ahmed,

Asus cards are not supported on Illustrator and may lead to performance issues on complex files.

Please refer: Adobe Illustrator system requirements

However, if it slows on all the file please try steps mentioned on the below-mentioned link.

Improve Illustrator performance on Windows

Hi There,

As per your query, you are experiencing slow performance on Illustrator while saving and opening files.

Please try to reset preferences to defaults by following below mentioned steps:

Close all Adobe applications.

Go to location C:\Users\sbali\AppData\Roaming\Adobe and delete Adobe Illustrator 21 Settings and Adobe Illustrator.

Also please mention, where are the files are being saved? On Network Drive or Local HDD?

Regards

Srishti

Saving and open files often means you OOBE is corrupt. Your software serialization is checked at that part and if the database is corrupted this can happen.

Scroll down to solution number 5. Make sure you quite the cloud app or this will not cleanse the OOBE properly.

Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app doesn't open or shows a spinning progress wheel

that this is happening in CS6 though I do tho understand, so let us know if this happens with all files, or maybe just this file is corrupt or has a huge file size. You can do a sales as and turn off pdf compatible for a smaller file.
