Illustrator character drop down not showing on second moniter?

With AI on the second screen, I go to edit text and the character drop down panel doesn't show up. I can drag back to my main screen and shows as normal. Only affects the character panel and none of the others.

Hello @eadkins,

 

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to reset the Display Scaling and Resolution to the defaults (Windows / macOS) and setting the Default Monitor under Display preferences (Windows / macOS), and then relaunching Illustrator to check if it helps?

 

If the issue persists, kindly share more information, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator installed, the Make/Model of the Monitor(s) used, and a screen recording of the problem so that we can investigate this further.
